Err, yes my mic was playing up (well, I’ll be honest it wasn’t plugged in!! I’d have had to crawl under the table and fiddle about with the back of the PC and I just wasn’t in the market for that after the day I have had…make that week…no, year!) -

But I wanted to try out the Jing Thing and see what the result looked like – rather than pay $300 for Camtasia (mind you with the value of the $ at the moment that looks more and more like a bargain) and of course Jing Project comes from the makers of Camtasia anyway – Techsmith – and it makes a pretty quick, easy, quality looking video as far as I can see! A darn site easier than uploading to Youtube…

The catch? You can only video 5 minutes at a time! But hey, everyone knows that no-one has an attention span longer than this nowadays anyway – do they?…Speaking of which…your attention will be wandering by now so…here’s the “silent movie”:
